We are a fledgling conservation organization made up of sportsmen and sportswomen who find great value in the protection and improvement of wildlife habitat, the conservation of wildlife and the promotion of fair chase hunting and sport fishing through education.

We desire to improve access to private and public lands for outdoor recreation by the general public. Our intention is to create an additional source of funding for wildlife and sportsmen’s organizatrions who share these same values and desires.

What are
"Conservation Tickets?"


“Conservation Tickets®” are fundraising tools which benefit outdoor recreationists, such as hunters and anglers, as well as wildlife and wildlife habitat.


Our Misson

It is our intent to submit a bill and get legislation passed in 2007 which will allow for the establishment of “Conservation Tickets”, we envision, will by somewhat similar in nature to the present lottery games athorized in Montana Tickets will be given in exchange for $1, $2 or $5 contributions. Prizes will, however, be dramatically different.

How can I help?

Start talking. First talk with your family. Then talk with your outdoor associates. Start a dialog with anyone who has Montana in their blood and a passion for its wildlife and wild places. Then find out who your Senator and Representatives and in the Montana Legislature. Ask them to support the Cornerstone Conservation Bill.

Contribute

After paying for the prizes and overhead expenses the remaining funds will be dividing into sub- accounts which have differing but clear poliy objectives. An example would be 33% to fund private and public access, 33% for a “First Time Rancher” program and 33% for distribution to habitat and wildlife organizations who have demostrated a history of being pro sportsman.

We need your help!

Time is of the essence. With private land selling at all time high prices to non-traditional family ranchers, more and more of it is becoming off limits to the general public for recreational purposes such as hunting and fishing.

Why Habitat?

Simple. Without habitat we have no wildlife. Without wildlife we have no need for access. Without access we no need for habitat. The cycle begins and it’s up to us to keep it from happening.
